How does Award of Choice work

Award of Choice offers a quick and easy solution to reward employees, customers and business partners. Award of Choice recipients redeem their award by entering their 16-digit Award of Choice code on our redemption site and selecting the branded gift card(s) of their choice from over 200 retailers, including Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy and Amazon.com.

How do recipients redeem the Award of Choice?

Recipients visit www.awardofchoice.com/redeem/ and simply enter their unique Award of Choice 16-digit code. The unique code gives recipients the opportunity to view and select the brand(s) or retailer(s) of their choice and receive the branded gift card immediately via electronic delivery or by First Class mail.

What if I lose my Award of Choice card before I'm able to redeem it online?

All you need is the unique 16-digit code to redeem your Award of Choice! We highly recommend recording the code or taking a photo with your smartphone just in case you lose the actual Award of Choice so that you can still redeem your award. We are not able to look up or retrieve codes if your Award of Choice is lost, damaged or stolen; so if the Award of Choice code is not retained, we regret that we are unable to assist or replace the card.

Does my Award of Choice expire?

Your Award of Choice is valid until you choose to redeem it; there are no expiration dates for Award of Choice.

What if I have not yet received my branded gift card(s)?

If you've redeemed your Award of Choice for an e-gift card to be sent electronically, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from NoReply@vcdelivery.com or donotreply@vcdelivery.com.

If you've redeemed your Award of Choice for a physical gift card, please check your email for a confirmation sent immediately after redeeming your Award of Choice. (If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.) Please review this email to confirm that the delivery address you provided is valid and complete. If you see an error, please contact us at customerservice@ultimatechoice.com.

If the address information on our confirmation is correct and you have not received the gift card within ten business days following the confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@ultimatechoice.com to review the status of your order.

May I redeem my Award of Choice card or use my branded gift card internationally?

No. Neither the Award of Choice card nor the branded gift cards available can be shipped or redeemed internationally.

Do you offer instant gift card redemption options?

Yes! An immediate electronic delivery option is available for many gift card brands. The Gift Card Search page offers the opportunity to filter by Electronic Brand and review which brands are currently available for electronic gift card delivery.

I just completed the online redemption process and realized I provided an incomplete or incorrect address, can I change it?

If you completed the online redemption process less than 24 hours ago, submit a Customer Service inquiry through our website providing your 16-digit Award of Choice code and corrected address as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to make the necessary changes before your order is fulfilled. If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to process your request.

Why is the website requesting my credit card information?

The only time our website requests your credit card information is when your Award of Choice is showing a $0 balance or has not yet been activated. If you believe the Award of Choice in question should contain a balance, please contact your company administrator who provided the Award of Choice to remedy the situation.

I accidentally chose the wrong branded gift card during the online redemption process, or want to change my selection to a different gift card brand/retailer.

For non-electronic deliveries only: if you email our Customer Service team within 24 hours, and if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do everything in our power to change your gift card selection. Please provide your Award of Choice 16-digit code and let us know which gift card you'd like instead. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make changes.

NOTE: We are unable to change gift card selections for electronic redemptions.

Do you replace lost or stolen branded gift cards?

Per the terms and conditions of the program, we cannot reship physical orders unless they have been successfully returned to us by the U.S.P.S. since each order contains live/active gift cards.

Can I track my order's status?

Because gift cards are shipped first class through the USPS, there is no tracking included. This helps our program to remain fee-free.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once you complete your online redemption process, our distribution team will begin fulfilling your order. This process takes 24-48 hours. After your order is fulfilled, we send it through the USPS as First-Class mail, which may take up to 10-20 business days to arrive. Note: Most orders will arrive much earlier, however due to inclement weather, national holidays, busy seasons and/or other reasons outside of the USPS's control, some shipments may take longer to arrive.

Orders containing electronic branded gift cards (e-cards) are sent to the email address provided immediately after selection during the redeem process. If you have not received your electronic branded gift card (e-card) and you have checked your spam/junk folders, please contact our Customer Service team.

Why can't all of the brands you offer can be redeemed for electronic cards (e-cards)?

We can only provide electronic options if the brand/retailer provides an electronic option. We are currently working with our gift card suppliers to add and provide as many electronic options as possible.
